  • Advised a consortium of international investors on their bid to acquire a Canadian (TMX) listed oil company with upstream assets in Central Asia.

  • Advised an oil major throughout its successful bid to acquire an interest in an integrated gas development and subsea pipeline project in the Middle East, its subsequent negotiations for the purchase and accession to relevant project contracts.

  • Advised a national oil company in relation to its bid to acquire shares in companies holding oilfield interests in Peru.

  • Advised a leading European energy company on its negotiations to acquire an interest in an exploration project operated by a supermajor in the Orange Basin (South Africa).

  • Advised a leading European energy company on its negotiations to acquire an interest in an offshore oilfield development in the Russian Arctic.

  • Advised an oilfield services company in the acquisition of a technology and services company based in Aberdeen.
